Clubhouse Malvern

In the leafy suburb of Malvern, Clubhouse Malvern has been pretty damn popular since opening in April. From the team that brought us Bentwood, Tinker, My Other Brother, and Stanley, Clubhouse Malvern is a welcome addition to Melbourne’s inner south-eastern suburbs.

Brunch enthusiasts are spoilt for choice when it comes to the menu options – this is more than your standard fare. Seriously, check out their menu – some of the dishes sound intoxicating.

Green breakfast bowl – quinoa, avo, kale, haloumi, yoghurt, black dukkah, pita chips and a poached egg $19 (added salmon +$3)

Would you look at this picture of health!! It was a great dish – the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the ingredients were fresh and flavourful. Oh, and the added salmon was a fine addition, working flawlessly with the differing tastes and textures.

The interior is gorgeous – clean, modern, and tasteful (not to mention the charming courtyard towards the back). Superbly executed.

I had high expectations for Clubhouse Malvern, and they certainly delivered. There’s just so much to like about this place – you’ve really gotta check it out for yourself. No doubt, a fine addition to Malvern.
